Recent news stories have pointed to the likelihood of the IT&T sector picking up again in the New Year. Companies are spending again on IT&T infrastructure and that may translate to more IT&T jobs. But will IT&T ever return to the sort of boom it enjoyed before the tech-wreck? Or even to the levels of respect and remuneration enjoyed prior to the boom, during the 80's and early 90's? What do you think?
