Shortlisting ~ Next, we search and shortlist, interviewing potentially appropriate candidates, using proven high-efficacy structured interview techniques.
This includes assessing candidate competency against the key competencies of the role
and appraising their "cultural fit" for your corporate culture.
We also add value through technical screening, with questions drawn from resources including our own knowledge (several of us come from technical backgrounds), research, technical interviewing resources,
and sometimes developed cooperatively with clients.
Verifying ~ Finally, before proceeding with the candidature, we sight and validate documents, and undertake at least two verbal business reference checks with previous employers.
