Unicom has implemented Service Level Agreements based on qualitative and quantitative measures, with many of our clients.
Our 360 degree review system measures our performance on defined performance indicators in key result areas, to monitor the effectiveness of our recruitment service to all parties involved.
Because performance measurement and reporting are intrinsic to our systems and practices, we are confident we can meet your both your service level requirements, and SLA reporting requirements.
Of course, we also welcome informal feedback at any time; on both our own performance and the performance of our candidates.
Performance Reviews
Unicom Systems offers clients the option of jointly reviewing the performance of its contractors/consultants on a periodic basis, as well as mediation services, should they be required.
