Profiling candidates is a part of our service. As a matter of standard practice, Unicom conducts structured interviews of candidates, incorporating competency based behavioural interviewing and technical screening techniques. From this process, candidate profiles are assembled and provided to clients.
However, we understand that other forms of psychometric and aptitude assessment may be required.
We offer a number of candidate profiling services, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Online Supervised Psychological Assessments, including Reasoning Tests, Personality Profile Questionnaire 15FQ+ and Management Type Indicator.
All are administered by trained licensed administrators and expert counsellors in accredited test centres.
Training
Unicom has provided training to contractors to help meet requirements for hard-to-source skills. In some circumstances this has been conducted in conjunction with the client, or at our own expense.
We can also provide training in OH&S, including WorkCover accredited courses, through our partner organisations.
